Kgomotso is a clinical psychologist, a seasoned organisation development practitioner and executive coach. She has been in the Human Capital field since 1999 and has been part of several project teams, across the Public and Private Sector. She currently heads up a People Strategy and Practice Consultancy.
Between 2010 and 2015, she was Head of Talent Management at Rand Merchant Bank, where her primary contributions included the establishment of the Talent Centre of Excellence, contribution to the design of several leadership development programmes, participation as one of the internal executive coaches supporting leaders on their growth journeys and contributing as Business Owner and Project Lead on a range of First Rand Group Human Capital Projects.
Matt White is an Author, Speaker, Brand Specialist, Customer and Employee Engagement Expert, and Executive META Coach.
He offers strategic support through his work in Human Capital, Business Strategy, Executive and Team Coaching by unlocking Employee and Customer Engagement, Technology and Innovation, aligning Change and Organisational development insights to achieve transformation and business outcomes. His work is influenced by the principles of neuroplasticity, psychology, branding and coaching.
Professionally Matt has studied at the University of Pretoria, is accredited with the International Institute for Advertising, Brand and Marketing, holds a post-graduate diploma with UNISA in Performance and Business Coaching, is an Associate Certified Meta Coach with the International Neuro Semantics Institute and is qualified in the field Psycho-Neuro-Endocrinology.
Holds a B Social Science majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town (1998) and she is accredited with Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) – Change Management Accreditation.
She has extensive experience in Project Management, Change Management, Diverse Project execution in decentralized and collaborative models, Human Resource information systems, Human Capital Management, Business Process Mapping as well as Organisational Design and Communication.
In October 1993, Metse joined Eskom as an Industrial Psychologist and worked there for a period of 23 years. Over the years, she progressed exceptionally well through the managerial ranks, gaining extensive experience in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Management and Leadership. She also fulfilled roles in Recruitment and Selection, Quality Assurance & Management, Occupational Health and Safety. Metse’s most recent exposure was in Employee Wellness where she coordinated and account managed the company’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) as a Corporate Specialist in HR at an Executive level.
Metse holds an MSC Clinical Psychology, is a certified as a Master Life Coach, registered with COMENSA (The Coaches and Mentors of South Africa), FNLPCP (The Federation of NLP Coaching Professionals), and GFSMCP (The Global Federation of Spiritual Mentors and Coaching Professionals).
She is on a mission to change the world one company at a time by helping a more conscious form of capitalism surface through her unique #ReputationWithPurpose model.
She has 20 years experience in both agencies and multinational organisations, most recently managing reputation for SAB. She developed a number of highly successful and award winning, behaviour change campaigns and is passionate about sustainability and the power of shared value.
With a BCom in Sports Management from the University of Johannesburg Shaun has worked abroad and in South Africa gaining experience in online brand management. And through work with multinational clients developed excellent client relationship skills and project management abilities.
