Kgomotso fulfils the role of Executive Partner at Penologic, a Strategy Management Consultancy that specialises in aligning business and organisation culture strategies within the context of accelerated change and technology developments, while keeping organisation purpose, people and customers at the core.

She was Head of Talent Management Centre of Excellence for Rand Merchant Bank between May 2010 and December 2015, where she and her team contributed towards the design and implementation of leadership development programmes, as well as First Rand Group’s Human Capital Programmes including the Group Leadership Competency Framework, Oracle Performance Management, Career and Succession Planning Modules and Role Profiling Projects.

Armed with a successful 24-year career as a Human Capital and Change Leadership consultant, Kgomotso has been part of several business transformation projects across multiple industries since 1999. This enables her to engage and create meaningful solutions for a range of business stakeholders.

Kgomotso is also the interim Director of Sekhute and Associates, a Human Capital Management Consultancy and Entrepreneur Accelerator, operating since Jan 2016.

In her capacity as an Executive and Team Coach, Kgomotso is passionate about partnering leaders and entrepreneurs, making entry into or already operating within multi-cultural, results driven contexts, to help them find their authentic voices, achieve great results and leave legacies they aspire to realise.

Kgomotso has been coaching leaders, primarily within the Financial Services and Public Sector since 2012. By leveraging her deep compassion, love for connecting, building meaningful relationships and inspiring greatness in others, Kgomotso creates safe spaces for her clients, enabling them to successfully navigate personal and business transitions.

She is deeply committed to the wellbeing economy, contributing towards transformation for financial inclusion of marginalised groups and inspiring hope where she is privileged to serve.

Between May 2018 and August 2019, Kgomotso contributed as Human Capital Solution Architect and Strategy Stream lead on the Barloworld Group Leadership Competency Framework Project, a joint client and implementation partner business initiative.

houses as well as FMCG, Financial Services, and Retail. She brings extensive experience in deploying Change Leadership and
Management solutions, building of sustainable Employee Experiences, future fit Leadership Development and management of complex

business processes enablement and organizational alignment. Lerato contributed as Change Management Stream Lead on the Barloworld
Group Competency Framework Project.

Lerato is passionate about human development, innovation, and sustainability: She is akeen advocate of the gig economy and is an
outstanding relationship builder who is able to meaningfully engage at both shop floor and executive levels and bring value to any
business or intervention.


Varima  has worked as a UX designer and product strategist in the learning, technology and financial landscape of the South African

Over the past 10 years, he has created a deep understanding of how people learn, use products and the processes that make it all
happen. He  currently facilitates Design Sprints with product teams across the country, helping them build products and
services that are effective and resonate with the needs of their customers and users.

Varima Henry is a digital product designer and strategist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a thought leader in Design thinking
using Design Sprints to help teams in agile and waterfall environments build better products at speed.
