A Coaching Programme for C-Suite Women, which includes:
- 4 Group Coaching Circles per year (1 per Quarter)

- 8 individual coaching sessions, spread over a 12 month period.

- 1 Contribution Compass Profiler + Feedback Session: How to leverage your natural energy to maximise your contribution to your team, organisation, customers and stakeholders.
- A dedicated feature article in Penologic’s Women in Leadership e-Book: Leveraging Your Unique Story for Impact
Participants from multiple industries will convene quarterly to share industry insights, unique challenges, engage with facilitators, and work towards personal and team development goals.
