A Coaching and Wellbeing Programme for Matric Class of 2021, which includes 4 group coaching circles and 6 individual coaching sessions between June and November 2021.
The Subscription Package Includes:
- 4 Group Coaching Circles
- A 60 minute Goal Setting Session with one of our Youth Development Coaches
- 6 Individual Coaching Sessions between June and December 2021
- 1 recommended personal mastery book aligned with personal development goals
- A survival toolkit to help matriculants and their parents to navigate one of the most life defining years
- A year-end Group Coaching session to prepare for the new life chapter Post Matric.
Participants from multiple schools will convene to share unique challenges, engage with facilitators, and work towards personal mastery, health and wellbeing goals.
In celebration of Youth Month, we have made provision for learners from schools that do not have psycho-social support services, to receive the same package on special terms.
